7 Floors of Hell unleashes one hell of a fear-filled fright!

Hadephobia is the fear of Hell.

The hadephobic individual has likely experienced some real trauma in their life that develops into an irrational fear of hell, or the denizens associated with hell, be it iconic creatures, eternal torment, or Satan himself. It is believed that most individuals coping with this particular phobia were raised in a strictly religious home, and exposure to fearful reactions of others or even media portrayal of the underworld and its inhabitants led to Hadephobia’s development (also often referred to as Stygiophobia or Stigiophobia).

This particular phobia can be extremely overpowering, leading to such emotional turmoil as to prove paralyzing to the ability to function in day-to-day life. It can push a person to become so distraught as to avoid any situation that might lead them astray. A phobia so deeply rooted in the human soul must be overwhelming, to say the least…

7 Floors of Hell, located in Cleveland, is Ohio’s largest haunted event hands down! Seven unique haunted houses, all at one location for ONE price. Each house is designed to terrify and entertain, so the human creature suffering from Hadephobia would certainly find a visit to 7 Floors of Hell a daunting undertaking! The very name would have one cowering in some corner, quaking and unable to breathe.

Established in Akron, Ohio, owner Rodney Geffert named the event 7 Floors of Hell after a legendary – albeit non-existent – haunted house that dared visitors to make it through all seven floors. Voted the #1 haunted attraction in Ohio, and among the top 13 haunted attractions in the country, 7 Floors of Hell is guaranteed to stir a few new phobias in every visitor.
